The vision of the Vineyard Church is to equip believers of all ages to intentionally advance the Kingdom of God in our homes, at work and school, and in our communities. With that vision in mind, we have designed each class of our children’s ministry so that it helps to equip our children to live out their growing faith.

Statistics show that 67% of all believers make the decision to follow Christ before they reach 18 years old. 42% of them make that decision under the age of 12. Therefore, we take our children's ministry program very seriously. Through creative teaching, fun activities, and meaningful conversation, our children are given the opportunity to learn more about Jesus and how to put their faith in Him, in a safe + secure environment.
NURSERY & TODDLER CLASSROOM
AGES 6 MONTHS-3 YEARS

This combined nursery and pre-school class focuses on our children building the foundations of their relationship with God and others. Equipped with lots of toys, books, puzzles, and even a bounce house, your child will be well-cared for as they learn to play with others.

PRIMARY CLASSROOM
4 YRS - 1ST GRADE

This class helps children learn about faith and dive into how God sees and loves them. We learn about the core values of the Vineyard, how God can and often does change us as we follow and believe in Him, and how prayer plays a major role in our relationship with God.

SAFE, SECURE, CHILDREN'S MINISTRY AT WELLSBORO VINEYARD

Our children’s ministry provides a very safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children. Every volunteer team member has completed their PA state clearances and is trained to provide your children with the best experience in the Circuit. We also utilize KidCheck, a secure children’s check-in system, to ensure no one can pick up your child without your consent.

CRY ROOM FOR MOTHER'S WITH BABIES OR TODDLERS

While babies of all ages are always welcome in our services, Wellsboro Vineyard is thrilled to offer a comfortable, inviting room with rocking chairs and plenty of privacy. If you or your little one need of a quiet space, please check out this room. The best part is that you can still see and hear the service.

PAGER SYSTEM

Through our pager system in the Start-Up (Nursery) class, you’ll stay connected with your child’s teacher and are easily alerted if your presence is needed. If your child is in another Circuit class and you would like a pager, simply stop by the nursery to get one at any time before the service.

CIRCUIT CURRICULUM

The Circuit currently uses the Orange 252 Children’s Curriculum. 252 Kids is designed to provoke discovery and invite kids into a new understanding of how to grow in relationship with Jesus. It focuses on 150 Key Bible stories, 4 Faith Skills and 30 Life Apps. This curriculum weaves music, communicator scripts, small group discussions, video presentations, and creative activities together to reinforce one clear and simple bottom line each week so kids can walk away and remember what matters most.
